These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Multi Store Inventory Sync Lite Shopify application and related services.
By installing or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the app.
Use of the Service
Multi Store Inventory Sync Lite enables merchants to synchronize inventory between connected Shopify stores. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Shopify's Terms of Service.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
- Do not use the app for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security measures.
Store Connections
To use the app, you must authorize access to your Shopify stores through Shopify OAuth. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect and manage the stores you authorize.
Inventory Synchronization
The app synchronizes inventory based on your selected configuration, such as SKU-based product matching. You are responsible for verifying that products are correctly matched before enabling automatic synchronization.
Merchant Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product SKUs across connected stores.
- Review mapped and unmapped products before enabling synchronization.
- Verify inventory updates after the initial synchronization.
- Ensure your Shopify stores remain accessible and properly authorized.
Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, Shopify platform changes, third-party service outages, or technical issues beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate inventory synchronization, we do not guarantee that synchronization will always occur without interruption or delay. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including lost sales, overselling, underselling, or inventory discrepancies resulting from the use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
